    As per the Circular dt. 3rd Jan 2009, the Society has to invite offers from Developers on single point of either the Corpus Fund or the Carpet Area. Deciding whether to fix Corpus fund or Carpet Area is an important decision which depends on a number of factors. A careful study of these factors helps decide which point to fix for the maximum benefit of the members.
